5 YEAR PUPPY REPLACEMENT
In order to qualify for our puppy replacement program we require you to insure your puppy for a minimum of 24 months from the date of purchase. With proof of major medical Pet Insurance in place for the first 24 months of owning your new puppy we will offer a replacement puppy for the first 5 years of your puppies life for any conditions related to Hereditary or Congenital abnormalities. Enrollment must occur and coverage must be in place prior to the puppies arrival in order to qualify. This warranty is non-transferable if the puppy is re-homed.
CASH MEDICAL REIMBURSEMENT
As a thank you for being a responsible new pet owner; The Yorkie CO-OP will provide cash medical reimbursement for any issue related to hereditary or congenital disorders for as long as you remain insured with a major medical pet insurance provider. This means we will cover 100% of your deductible up to $300 (standard policy) and co-pay for any covered hereditary or congenital abnormality. Lifetime coverage is limited to adoption price paid excluding shipping costs and extras. There are no vet clinic restrictions. All non emergency related issues that are determined to be caused by hereditary or congenital components will need prior authorization for deductible and co-pay coverage from The Yorkie CO-OP. You must keep the puppy under regular and continued care of a licensed veterinarian in order to qualify for Hereditary & Congenital cash medical reimbursement. The puppy you have selected is guaranteed by The Yorkie CO-OP to the original purchaser to be healthy at the time of purchase. In accordance with the above, We also guarantee your puppy to be free from Parvo Virus, Distemper, Hepatitis, Corona Virus, for 5 days from the day of arrival. Should your veterinarian detect any of the above mentioned diseases within the 5 day period immediately following your purchase, you must notify us within twenty four hours (303-578-8559). The Yorkie CO-OP will cover 100% of your co-pay and deductible for any viral illness that occurs within the first 5 days as long as you have enrolled in major medical pet insurance prior to the arrival of your puppy.
We need your cooperation. You must take responsibility for your pet. The Yorkie CO-OP stipulates that you must have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 5 days of taking possession. (PLEASE NO VACCINES UNTIL SECOND VISIT.) After reviewing the records we have provided and evaluating your puppy, your veterinarian will provide a schedule of the remaining preventative care steps. Do not put off this initial vet visit.
Remember that we have been monitoring your puppy’s health daily. A new home, new food, and new people are all stressful. These stresses can lead to rapid changes in your puppy’s general health.

Some problems do not become apparent until later in your puppy’s development. This can happen with any puppy regardless of breed, sex, or genetic background. These issues are some of the hardest to understand and accept. We want you to know that we will be here to help. Responsible breeding is our number one concern.
*Costs arising out of or related to any treatment associated with hip dysplasia where clinical signs occur during the first six (6) months that the policy is in effect are not covered by major medical pet insurance. If you are insured and your puppy is diagnosed with hip dysplasia in the first 6 months you would qualify for cash reimbursement up to the value of the puppy if corrective surgery is performed.
*IN THE CASE OF SUDDEN DEATH, WE REQUIRE A NECROPSY TO BE PREFORMED IN ORDER TO FILE A FULL REPLACEMENT CLAIM. AS A COURTESY, PREMIER PUPS WILL OFFER A 50% DISCOUNT OFF THE PURCHASE OF A NEW PUPPY (UP TO $2000) IF YOU ARE UNABLE OR CHOOSE NOT TO GET AN NECROPSY PREFORMED. Fetch also provides $1000 cash reimbursement with active coverage.
No cash refunds. Your benefits offer a replacement puppy of equal or lesser value in the event of a hereditary or congenital issue as long as you have insured your puppy for the first 6 months with a major medical pet insurance provider.
In the case of hereditary or congenital concern that requires treatment we will provide cash medical reimbursement ($300 deductible and 100% of co-pay) up to the price paid for the puppy (not including extras: shipping, etc.) as long as you are enrolled in major medical pet Insurance at the time of purchase and have remained insured.
BREEDING: You are not permitted to breed your puppy, unless enrolled and health screened by our Ethical Breeding Program. We do not guarantee the puppy to be fit for breeding and strictly prohibit unauthorized and mismanaged breeding which degrades the genetics and integrity of the CO-OP Standards. We adopt puppies with the explicit written adoption agreement that they will be family pets, unless the owners wishes to enroll in the ethical breeding program.

Jurisdiction Clause – Any civil action against The Yorkie CO-OP must be filed within the state of Wyoming in Sheridan County. Our adoption agreements explicitly defines an arbitration agreement between The Yorkie CO-OP and Customers.
