A breeder co-op is a group of ethical, reputable breeders who work together to improve breed quality, uphold high standards, and better connect with existing and prospective owners. Unlike backyard breeders or traditional kennel clubs, co-op members share resources, use organizational, scheduling, communication, and health tools, and hold each other to a higher level of accountability and care. This model results in healthier dogs, stronger breeder relationships, and a better experience for puppy families. [Read More >]
Choosing a puppy from a co-op means choosing a healthier, more balanced companion raised in a loving environment. Co-op breeders work together to ensure puppies are born from parents with stable, predictable temperaments and strong health backgrounds. These puppies are often more trainable, better socialized, and emotionally resilient.
Unlike single breeders (or kennel clubs), co-ops provide a strong safety net—sharing resources, support, and accountability to prevent any dog from “falling through the cracks.” When you adopt from a co-op, you’re not only choosing a well-raised puppy—you’re also supporting ethical breeding practices and investing in your local community.
Yes! Unlike many traditional breeders, we firmly believe that buyers have a right to meet their future puppy before committing to a lifelong relationship with an animal. If you see a puppy on the website that you want to visit, just give us a call or text: (303) 578-8559

You will have lifetime access to your puppy's microchip records and registration.
You can have your first vet exam free of charge at any participating Banfield Clinic (nationwide locations).
Our 5 year health guarantee is extended to those who cover their puppy with a pet insurance plan for the first 2 years. Otherwise, puppies who are not covered are limited to a 1 year health guarantee.
long-distance deliveries require us to stay over night before flying home the next day. $750 for all of these expenses is still significantly less than most other nanny and delivery services on the market. We pool together all resources in the CO-OP to make these deliveries possible, at the lowest rate to our customers.
Sometimes home delivery or airport delivery fees can be reduced significantly (or even waived) if the breeder or puppy nanny is already planning to delivery another puppy to your location (or will be passing through on the way). The key is to communicate to your breeder that you are interested in the upcoming schedule of deliveries.

All of our puppies are microchipped with our CO-OP as a dual emergency contact. If the need ever arises that we need to take a puppy or adult dog back due to external circumstances (death of an owner, divorce, medical reasons, relocation, etc) we do so with as much support as possible for the dog and family. In these cases we look to our community to rehome these animals. If you are exclusively interested in adding a yorkie to your family by means of rehoming, these still cost a rehoming fee. Sometimes we work with the old family to rehome their dog, in which case, you could be paying the rehoming-fee directly to the family. Dogs must be spayed or neutered before being rehomed. Fees can be as high as $2000 for a family who is rehoming a puppy under 6 months of age and wants to re-coup some of their investment- or as low as $400 for older dogs.
We mainly focus on our role as a breeder CO-OP. However, with our platform’s visibility, we also work with rescue and shelter organizations to network and raise awareness about the plight of yorkies in need. From retired backyard breeder’s dogs, to those who have been dumped at shelters, or even yorkies who have spent their early years in puppy mills. If we have the ability to help- we want to.
